Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Pingram.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service and any future changes. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 or older.
• You may not upload content that is harmful, offensive, illegal, or violates another person's rights.

3. Accounts

• One personal account per user.
• Do not share your login credentials.
• Pingram.ai may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4. Services

• Users upload selfies to create an AI avatar.
• That avatar can be used to generate a wide range of photo styles (headshots, creative portraits, etc.).
• Subscriptions are offered weekly and yearly.
• Users can purchase additional avatars or credits.

5. Payments

• All payments are securely processed by Stripe.
• All purchases are final once processing begins.
• App users must cancel subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play.

6. In-App Purchases

• Mobile purchases are handled by Apple or Google.
• Removing the app does not cancel your subscription.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• You retain rights to your uploaded images.
• You receive commercial usage rights for all AI-generated content.
• Pingram.ai may use anonymized data to improve the platform.

8. AI Limitations

• Our AI is highly advanced but not perfect.
• Generated content may not always be accurate or realistic.
• Users are responsible for how they use or publish generated content.

9. Availability & Modifications

• We aim for 99% uptime, but service may be interrupted for maintenance.
• We may change features, pricing, or terms with notice.

10. Liability

• Pingram.ai is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
